It is yet another day
Feels like yesterday
Days pass quickly by
You will soon be mine

With much anticipation
And full concentration
Waiting and watching
For your soon return

Gazing at the clock
My smile widens
With every tick
Tick tock tick tock

I know you almost here
A life we will share
Beautiful it shall be

Together, forever we’ll be
